To schedule a pickup, simply call our service line and one of our representatives will assist you in selecting a convenient date and timeslot for your pickup. Please have your package fully packed, labeled, and ready for pickup at your door by the scheduled time. This ensures our driver can efficiently collect your package. What happens during pickup? Our uniformed driver will arrive during your scheduled window, collect your package from your door, and provide you with a receipt confirming pickup.

Only non-perishable food items in factory packaging are allowed. The total weight of a single shipment should not exceed 10 kg, with individual items not exceeding 2 kg each. The total value of the shipment should not exceed 150 euros.
